1. General

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through timemachinewinders.com, operated by Twenty Five Seven d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns

You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

6. Warranty

All Time Machine products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us for warranty details specific to your region.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production or shipping and cannot be cancelled.
